Optic design is what differentiates the NiteRider MiNewt from
all others. The highly efficient reflector and optical grade
Borofloat glass lens delivers a light pattern we've designed
for cycling. The MiNewt Dual has all the great features and
looks found on the MiNewt but includes not one but two headlamps
for twice the light output. Dual headlamps, with independent
mounting and adjustment permit “stacking”
light beams for flexibility, better night riding performance
and adds a layer of safety and redundancy. Two parallel light
beams, “Wider” - two overlapping beams, “Tighter” - or overlapping
with one higher and one lower pointing beam, “Brighter”. Wider,
tighter or brighter, which works best for you? Burntimes on
the MiNewt Dual range from 1:30 to 3:00 hours and, the system
weighs in at 340g.
