When you choose NiteRider, we view it as more than just a purchase of a lighting system. It is an investment. Our commitment to you is to provide repair service for your NiteRider lighting system for as long as reasonably possible. NiteRider’s Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse or normal degradation of the battery that occurs over time. It may not be possible to repair some of the older light systems because some parts may have become obsolete. In some cases we may offer to upgrade your older light to a newer model at a discount but this depends on several factors and is done at NiteRider’s discretion.
