INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position Type - Full Time

DESCRIPTION
The Inside Sales Representative primarily develops and maintains relationships with the company's new and existing dealer base, as well as distributors and independent sales representatives. Responsible for selling the company’s products, securing orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing new business opportunities.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication
• Establish regular communication and strong relationships with key dealers within assigned territories and regions
• Primary contact for outside sales representative support
• Assist with international distributor orders, communication, and logistics
• Identify and communicate areas of opportunity and improvement with the sales and marketing teams
• Responds to all dealer product inquiries and technical questions
• Ensures all dealer/customer information is current in company and sales management data bases
• Ensures all dealer communication is logged at time of call for account management and follow up purposes using CRM software
• Performs outbound telephone calls and email correspondence to independent bike dealers to secure annual renewals and cross sell new products
• Provide timely follow-up

Order Management
• Responsible for order entry for all assigned dealers, distributors, and independent sales representatives on a direct and FOB basis
• Ensure all orders are delivered on time and as complete as possible
• Communicate any large order requirements with the sales and operations teams including promotional orders
• Follow up on all backorder and credit hold issues
• Ensure all pricing is correct and consistent with existing standard and promotional pricing programs

Sales Support
• Provide dealers an inventory analysis and make suggestions for improving their business
• Assist preseason and ASAP orders on a seasonal basis through consistent communication with all dealers and sales representatives on a priority basis
• Reviews current dealer assortment and suggests/promotes additional sales opportunities
• Ensures dealers have all current sales support materials and merchandising/POP as available
• Reviews dealer’s sales performance Vs established periods/sales revenue goals and communicates with sales managers and sales representatives areas of concern or opportunity
• Provides feedback on sales programs based on internal and external input with focus on improving efficiency, sales opportunities, and dealer satisfaction
• MAP Pricing enforcement and policing of online sales channels.

Trade Shows
• Attend industry trade shows on an as needed basis
• Assist with set up and take down of trade show materials as needed
• Assist in preparation and delivery of materials for trade shows as required
• Assist sales managers and sales representatives with dealer appointment scheduling as needed

Sales Meetings
• Attend seasonal sales meetings as required
• Assist with preparation of support material, sales reports, and samples

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supplier or retail sales
• Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Strong business acumen and curiosity about the cycling industry and our company
• Ability to close sales while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
• Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into sales
• Self-motivated, highly flexible, and has the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced demanding environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree, or 3+ years of comparable work experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office

ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN

Position Type - Full Time

DESCRIPTION
Troubleshoot, repair, and test high end lighting systems.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot system down to the component level and repair as required
• Test product to ensure the unit is functioning to specifications
• Fills out repair reports
• Record failures in data base and report findings to supervisor

JOB SKILLS
• Knowledge of analog and digital circuits
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Team Player
• Strong record keeping skills
• Experience using DMM, power supplies, and hand tools
• Read and understand schematics
• Strong soldering skills

QUALIFICATIONS
1 to 2 years job experience with J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 certifications.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

DESCRIPTION
The customer service representative contributes to the success of NiteRider by communicating with the customer and processing repairs, returns and warranty replacement documentation.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Customer oriented communication by telephone, e-mail and written letters
• Relationship building by providing our dealer network with extraordinary customer service
• Accurate data entry for repair invoices
• Assists and reports to Customer Service Manager
• Processes the flow of products coming into and out of customer service department
• Process on-line orders and answer questions for our on-line customers.
• Assist walk-in customers with a friendly demeanor and extraordinary service

JOB SKILLS
• Bilingual: English and Spanish is a plus
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify, research, and resolve customer issues
• Team Player
• Cycling enthusiast, or previous experience working in a bike shop preferred
• Strong skills in MS Office
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks throughout the work day
• Provide extraordinary customer service through a solution based thought process
• Must possess excellent follow up skills
• Detail oriented

QUALIFICATIONS
1 to 2 years job experience as a Customer Service Representative, or an Associate of Arts Degree.
