Pro 2200 Race (4 Cell) Front Bike Light

This light is great overall. I use it as a helmet light and have other lights mounted to the bars. My only suggestions would be

1. The plug. If you don’t connect your light to the battery before hitting the trails it can prove difficult in low light. Yea there are alignment stripes but I’m always paranoid that I’m going to bend or break the fragile looking pins. There are plenty of better plug options out there.

2. The difference between medium and high is pretty significant and leaves a gap in the run time.

Low - 6:00h at 500 Lumens
Medium - 3:00h at 800 Lumens
High - 1:30h at 2200 Lumens

I’d prefer medium to be a little higher or ideally for there to be a med/high that is around 1400.

Can’t make 100% of the people happy 100% of the time. :-)

Now winter is here I ride 2 hours a day in the dark. As I have it on high power I use a six cell battery, which gets me almost 4 hours and only marginally heavier than the standard 4 cell. I get lots of positive comments:
“Fantastic light”, “Wow what a light” only neg comments come from pedestrian walking the opposite direction complaining it is too bright.

This is my go too light. Use it all the time for my early morning rides. Plenty of light for the most technical rides that are the norm in western Colorado. The bar mount works great and so does the helmet set up. Customer service is amazing! I only have the highest regard for this company and product.

This light is excellent out on the trail. It’s lightweight and shines like you have a car headlamp strapped to your head! Adjustable light levels are useful and the fuel gauge lets you accurately keep track of battery life.
