NiteRider Technical Lighting & Video Systems, Inc. ships orders from our facility in Poway, California.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, order size, and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

Free economy shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as shown on the website or during checkout. If an order does not qualify for free shipping, available shipping rates will be shown before payment is completed.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available. Delivery timelines may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of NiteRider’s control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

NiteRider currently ships online orders to eligible addresses within the United States. For customers outside the United States, please visit our International Distributors page.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
