ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of any one of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. THIS GIVEAWAY IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY. DO NOT ENTER THIS GIVEAWAY UNLESS YOU ARE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

The following persons are not eligible for the Giveaway:

Persons who were employees of NiteRider Technical Lighting or its related organizations at any time during the eight (8) months prior to the start of the Giveaway (“Former Employees”).

Other persons described in the entry instructions for this Giveaway.

PRIZE: Prize description and Prize retail value as described on the online entry post/form for this Giveaway.

Winner is responsible for any costs associated with using the prize, including but not limited to transportation and parking (if any). Prize is nontransferable, is not good for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise. Winner will receive delivery of the prize as arranged by NiteRider Technical Lighting.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Every eligible entry will be included in the drawing. NiteRider Technical Lighting will randomly draw names of the winner from all eligible entries on the date specified on the online entry form. Winner(s) will be notified by Facebook direct message and announced on Facebook contest posting comments thread.

If NiteRider Technical Lighting is unable to reach a winner or a winner is unable to accept the prize within the time period specified on the online entry post/form, then that unclaimed prize will go to the first available back up thereof until the prize is awarded. The rules detailing giveaway eligibility and method of selecting winners are on file at NiteRider Technical Lighting offices. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.
