Great to have USB-C charging. The mini USB-B ports seems to have a limited life.
Can't really say much about this battery since I bought two of them and one was dead on arrival! That should say something about the company right away, like do they even QC their stuff before they send it out? Only went on one ride with my wife with only one working battery which I put on her bike while I used one of my 13 year old Pro batteries on my bike. It worked fine, but the connector is a bit difficult to connect to both the charger and the headlamp, but once it's connected, is very secure and waterproof. Who wants to slam down $500+ for a 50% success rate on a product that needs to work 100% of the time. Very frustrating, and a waste of time. Sure, they'll replace it, but the downtime (probably about a month) is a headache that shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Love the front headlight. I like the smallness and size too. My other Niterider Light old style had a big bulky battery water bottle size took up space. Nice that the batteries are smaller and USB chargeable. Still not happy about the Vmax 180 Taillight because it does not charge and called for replacement under warranty 2x after getting the product on 8/31 which I can not use. Placement had not arrived and about ready to ask for refund if it does not come by this weekend. Warranty Support at Niteridge customer service needs to better.
